What’s it take to get a Real Estate License?
The process to get a real estate license is fairly simple. In Virginia, the law requires that you complete a 60-hour Principles & Practices of Real Estate course. The course may be taken in a variety of formats. But, it must be approved by the Virginia Real Estate Board and it must be offered by a state certified school. Our courses satisfy these requirements.

After completing your course:
When you’ve successfully completed the Principles and Practices of Real Estate course, you are eligible to take the state licensing exam for a real estate license in Virginia. PSI is the company that administers the state exam, and they have test centers at many locations in Virginia. A passing score is 75%.
After passing the exam, you submit your application to the Real Estate Board and your license is issued to your employing Broker. The process of getting a real estate license is simple, but it does require study.
