What’s it take to get a Real Estate License?
The process to get a real estate license is fairly simple. In Maryland, the law requires that you complete a state-approved 60-hour Pre-Licensing Course. The course may be taken in a variety of formats, but, it must be approved by the Maryland Real Estate Commission. Our course satisfies Maryland licensing requirements.

After completing your course:
When you’ve successfully completed the Maryland Pre-licensing Salesperson course, you are eligible to take the state licensing exam for a real estate license in Maryland. PSI is the company that administers the state exam, and they have test centers at many locations in Maryland. A passing score is 70%.
After passing the exam, you submit your application to the Maryland Real Estate Commission and your license is issued to your employing Broker.
