Board. After completing the class, you take the State licensing exam. Once you’ve passed
the exam, you’re ready to affiliate with a Broker.

There’s a steady demand for new talent in this field.
5. Yes, you need a high school diploma or equivalent/GED. There is no college degree required.
Simply complete the Principles of Real Estate class and pass the State licensing exam.
6. There is no age requirement to take the Principles of Real Estate class. However, you must
be at least 18 years of age to take the State exam and get a salesperson’s license.

arrangements to complete the tests. You may take them individually or all at one time.

11. We don’t do job placement, mainly because you won’t need it. There are many
Brokers who are continually looking for new licensees to join their sales team. Of course,
we’re available to answer any of your questions.
